Family Law and Matrimonial Proceedings

This area of the practice is divided into two units:

1. Rory O’Riordan handles divorce proceedings in the Circuit and High Court and also judicial separation proceedings.
   
   
2. Jacinta Enright handles applications in the District Court for other matters including barring orders, maintenance, custody etc. She also handles separation agreements.
