The Team

Andrew Vallely is a Partner specialising in criminal defence advocacy. 

Andrew handles a varied caseload and represents clients on a Legal Aid and Private Client basis.

Andrew represents client interests and advises from the point of arrest and detention in Garda custody through to the preferring of criminal charges and appearance before the Court. (Please see our Section entitled Arrest and Advices in Garda Custody).

Andrew appears before the Courts on a daily basis, predominantly before the District Courts throughout Leinster and the Circuit Criminal Court, where he is experienced in both bail and custody matters. 

​

Andrew has a particular interest in the area of Juvenile Justice and deals with matters before the Children’s Court.

​

Andrew holds a post Graduate Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society and regularly appears on behalf of both employers and employees before the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court.
