I qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and have always specialised in residential and commercial property transactions.

My experience includes

Drafting Commercial leases
Preparation of purchase and sale documentation for both domestic and commercial transactions
Sales of licensed premises
Negotiating commercial contracts, leases and licences
Development of an apartment complex and disposal of the units involved
Development of a commercial complex and disposal of the units involved
Acting for a large British retailer that entered the Irish Market. Role was to negotiate leases in all the major shopping centres and cities in Ireland and to advise on all conveyancing and landlord and tenant matters
Acting in the buyout of a nationwide chain of petrol stations and performing due diligence for each
Acting for a mobile phone service provider and negotiating agreements for the erection of masts throughout Ireland
Acting for a mining company and advising on all rights in relation to mines and minerals
Devising a scheme for a luxury golf club for the erection and disposal of on course properties
Drafting development and building agreements in relation to a business park
